Price and Description
- 1 to 4 people (up to 6 with sleeper sofa)
- $15 extra per person for 5th and 6th guest
- $65 cleaning fee
- $50 pet fee
- $50 damage deposit (refundable after property inspection)
Refund policy – if the guest cancels 14 or more days in advance, they receive 100% of reservation; 7 to 14 days, they receive 50%; less than 7 days it is at the discretion of the property manager.
